Although we would like to share all information on prospective business opportunities, it is the confidentiality requested by business owners that directs us to be discrete in our advertising and promotional literature as these are ongoing businesses.

Many of our current listings require that a confidentiality agreement be entered into prior to disclosing even the identity of the business to safeguard the seller with regard to their customers, competitors, employees and suppliers.
